First Non-Profit International Healthcare Web Portal Launched in Beijing
San Diego, CA - Visual Duration was recently approached by Bridgetech to help create a non-profit international healthcare web portal in collaboration with leading healthcare institutions and organizations in China and the US. The portal was launched successfully with sourced content from National Cancer Institute as well as academic institutions including Harvard, Stanford University, University of Vanderbilt and other well known institutions in the U.S.

Visual Duration created the initial storyboard, site layout concepts and the new visual identity. Taken major consideration into the fact that the portal is geared for Chinese professionals and will be heavily regulated by the Chinese government; Visual Duration conducted thorough cultural and user experience research to facilitate the portal creation process. JK1 provides the Chinese readers with accurate healthcare and medical information spanning a wide range of subjects including information on the treatment, screening and prevention of life-threatening diseases such as cancer as well as hundreds of other common healthcare conditions in China.

Visual Duration was also responsible for the promotional launch design and planning in front of an audience comprising government officials from China and Hong Kong, overseas as well as local and international reporters.
